Atomos Ninja

Atomos's 5.2-inch HDMI recording monitor, the Ninja is what turns a mirrorless body into a ProRes / ProRes RAW / BRAW recording camera, depending on the source. Records to NVMe SSD (with the matching caddy), monitors with the Atomos waveform / vectorscope / focus / false color toolset, and supports HDR monitoring on log inputs. We rent it primarily for shoots where the camera's internal codec isn't enough, long-form interviews where you want ProRes 4444, music-video work that needs ProRes RAW from a compatible body, or any production where editorial wants a non-H.265 master from a mirrorless source. AirGlu timecode receiver and wireless control via the optional Atomos Connect (which we also rent, see below).
