Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Monitor 3G

Blackmagic UltraStudio Monitor 3G, a Thunderbolt 3 to 3G-SDI/HDMI playout box for monitoring video from a laptop on a calibrated reference monitor or TV. Bus-powered over Thunderbolt 3, no external power needed. We use it for client review sessions on set, for color-correct monitoring during DIT work, and for any workflow where the laptop's output needs to land on a real monitor at full quality. Outputs 3G-SDI BNC plus HDMI simultaneously, supports up to 1080p60 over either path. Driver support across macOS and Windows; works with DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, Final Cut, and any app that recognizes the Blackmagic playout devices. Pairs naturally with the SmallHD reference monitors we keep for client viewing.
