Mutiny IO Komodo OG Power Distribution

Mutiny IO power distribution plate for the RED Komodo, converts a single Gold Mount or V-Mount battery into multiple regulated outputs (Komodo body power, monitor, motor, accessories) on one mounting platform. The OG version is the original-form-factor plate that mounts to the back of the Komodo cage and feeds the camera via the Komodo's power input plus regulated D-Tap and USB-C breakouts for downstream gear. Why we use it: a built Komodo with a wireless video tx, a focus motor, and a monitor needs 4-5 regulated power feeds, and running them off a single battery via Mutiny eliminates the daisy-chain of D-Tap splitters that adds failure points and weight. Output regulation is clean (no voltage sag from a partially-discharged battery hitting downstream gear). We mount it at the rear and route the Komodo power cable to the main 2-pin input on the camera.
