Description
Steel safety cables, 32-inch length with carabiner clips at both ends, the redundant retention that goes on every fixture mounted overhead, on a magnet, on a clamp, or in any position where a primary mount failure would result in dropped equipment over crew or talent. Industry standard practice: every overhead fixture gets a safety cable to a separate anchor point. The cable doesn't hold the light during normal operation; it catches the light if the primary mount fails. We carry several. Inspect for fraying before each use; retire any cable with visible damage.
