DJI RS 3 Mini

The RS 3 Mini is the lightweight gimbal, 2kg payload, 850g body weight, built around mirrorless and small-cinema bodies that don't justify the full RS4 Pro. We rent it for the R5C bare body, R8 builds, S1II without heavy lenses, and BMPCC 6K Pro in stripped configurations. The Bluetooth shutter control means you can start/stop recording without a USB-C cable on supported cameras, which keeps the rig clean for handheld and one-hand vertical work. Native vertical shooting mode is built in, most YouTube/Reels-format work runs cleaner here than on the RS4 Pro. Trades payload capacity and sustained battery life for size and weight; for the right project, that's the right trade.
