Description
A four-pack of small rubber strain reliefs that wind onto a lavalier cable just below the mic. Slid on about 10 to 12 cm from the capsule with the cable wrapped around it 4 to 5 times, it isolates the mic from handling and clothing noise traveling up the cable. It also acts like a spring if a transmitter drops or the cable snags, sparing the cable and mic a hard jolt. Ours are black to blend with dark lav cables. Bubblebee does not recommend it for very thin, fragile cables such as the Countryman B6.
