Sanken COS-11D Lavalier Microphone

The Sanken COS-11D is the lavalier most pro sound mixers reach for first, omnidirectional, 6mm capsule, sweat-resistant, with a presence rise tuned for chest-mounted speech. Slightly forgiving of clothing rustle compared to other compact omnis. We rent it for the shoots where lavalier quality is doing the heavy lifting: narrative dialogue, formal interviews, anything where the boom can't get close enough or the wide shot won't permit a visible mic. Wires into our wireless transmitters (Rode Wireless PRO TX or Deity BP-TRX) via 3.5mm; can be hardwired to the MixPre on long static interviews.
