Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG DN | Art
The professional-feature-set 35mm in our mirrorless kit. De-clickable aperture and weather sealing are the differentiators, pick this over the I-Series 35mm f/2 when video controls matter.
Friday pickup, Monday return counts as one day.
Description
The Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG DN Art is the de-clickable, weather-sealed, professional-feature-set 35mm in our mirrorless prime kit. We carry it in both L-Mount (for the LUMIX S1II and Ronin 4D) and Sony E-Mount (for E-Mount cameras and the Ronin 4D 8K via adapter). 15-element optical design with 11-blade rounded aperture (vs 9 blades on the I-Series), de-clickable aperture ring with a lock switch, AFL button, focus mode switch, comprehensive weather sealing including a rubber gasket at the mount. 640g, nearly twice the weight of the Sigma 35mm f/2 I-Series, with the f/1.4 stop and the cinema-grade controls that justify the difference. We rent it when the project needs a 35mm with proper video features (smooth aperture pulls, weather sealing, professional ergonomics) rather than the lighter f/2 I-Series option.
